Refunds and return policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days, please send us an email if you would like to return a product.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

 To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds

 

Self-paced classes: all sales are final. No refund can be given once a self-paced class is purchased.

 Commissions: commissions are not eligable for refunds because of the personal nature of the commission. Buyer and Saskia will have lots of contact moments to see the progress of the commission so any changes can be done during this time. 

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed and the purchase amount will be refunded within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.Please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially credited.If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@saskiavandrunen.com

 

Offers

Only regular priced products are refundable. Offers cannot be returned.

Exchange

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for a new product, please email us at info@saskiavandrunen.com and send your product to Saskia van Drunen Art, Ekster 6, 5161 WR Sprang-Capelle, The Netherlands.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send your product to: Saskia van Drunen Art, Ekster 6, 5161 WR Sprang-Capelle, The Netherlands.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs Saskia van Drunen Art made for sending the painting to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive a refund may vary.

If you’re returning very expensive products, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
